Kicking off 2026, The Creative Growth Club hosted the very first Content Hour of the year with our Vision Board Social and it was everything we hoped it would be: intentional, inspiring, and rooted in community.
Hosted inside a beautifully staged DR Horton 5-bedroom, 3-bath home, this edition of Content Hour was designed to give creators, entrepreneurs, and goal-setters the space (literally and creatively) to pause, reflect, and plan with purpose while capturing lifestyle content that aligns with the life they’re building.

A Space to Dream and Create
From the moment guests walked in, the energy felt different. The home served as more than a backdrop it became a canvas. Attendees were encouraged to bring one bag of outfits, props, or tools to create lifestyle content that felt aspirational yet attainable. Every room offered a new angle, a new mood, and a new opportunity to tell a story.
Phones, cameras, and tripods were out as creators captured:
Vision-setting talking head videos
Lifestyle and UGC-style content
Personal brand photos
Short-form reels and TikToks
It was content creation without pressure guided by intention instead of trends.
The Vision Board Moment
At the heart of the event was our guided vision board session, where attendees were invited to slow down and map out what they want the next chapter to look like.
We focused on:
Personal growth
Career and creative goals
Financial and lifestyle alignment
Long-term dreams (including homeownership)
This moment reminded everyone that content creation doesn’t have to be separate from real life it can document the process, not just the highlight.
📓 The Vision Board Scrapbook Challenge
This Vision Board Social went beyond a single night. We introduced a year-long content challenge designed to help creators turn their goals into consistent, intentional storytelling.
Instead of traditional vision boards, attendees created personal scrapbooks that serve as living goal journals. Creators were encouraged to junk journal their goals, intentions, and milestones throughout the year, documenting the process in a series of reels shared with both their audience and The Creative Growth Club community.
This approach transforms goal-setting into:
Ongoing accountability
Authentic content creation
A creative way to track personal and professional growth
✨ At the end of the year, one creator will be selected as the challenge winner, celebrating consistency, creativity, and follow-through.
Community, Cameras, and Connection
Content Hour has always been about connection just as much as content. Guests enjoyed light bites and drinks while mingling with Charleston creatives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
Local vendors added an extra layer of experience, including:
$10 professional headshots, Taken @tulipsandivory
giving attendees an instant brand refresh
Curated gift bags and giveaways to send everyone home inspired
These thoughtful details turned the event into a full lifestyle experience not just a networking event.
Why This Event Matters
The Vision Board Social set the tone for what Content Hour is all about:
Creating with intention
Building community over competition
Using real spaces to inspire real goals
Connecting brands, creators, and future homeowners in meaningful ways
Hosting this event inside a model home allowed attendees to see themselves in the life they’re working toward making it the perfect setting to start the year with clarity.
